Project brief development
Preparing the initial brief involves a first appraisal of the site, undertaking surveys as required, developing the project programme, undertaking feasibility studies and assessing the project cost.
Concept design and spatial co-ordination
Creating a concept design involves assessing any existing drawings and surveys of the site, and finalising the project brief and budget. Preparing the furniture and room layouts, sample boards, visuals presentations and sketches of furniture and fixtures.
Technical design
Producing production information drawings, design specifications and schedules of work. Co-ordinating with contractors and planning authorities as necessary.
Procurement, installation and inspection
Organise the manufacturing, delivery and installation of bespoke furniture, fixtures and equipment with a continuous dialogue with suppliers, quality inspection and refinement throughout. Obtaining instructions for the maintenance of goods. Issuing the final confirmation of project completion.

Further work as part of the ongoing use of the design may be commissioned separately.
Supply, installation and maintenance advice for furniture, fabrics and equipment may be requested as a separate service.
The preparation of specifications, schedules of work and a programme for executing interior architecture work.
The production of additional models and drawings.
